Burlington Hope in High Heels

The men had sore feet at the Burlington ‘Hope in High Heels’ walk, at Emma’s Back Porch on September 21st. The Fun-loving group persevered and walked quite well in their large, pink high heels. Although they didn’t have to go far, men and boys’ participation is vital in ending violence against women. Even Santa showed up to raise some funds. They collected pledges for Halton Women’s Place, joining one of three walks in either Milton, Oakville or Burlington.

If you are considering participating next year, all pink high heels are provided and all walkers get a free lunch and have lots of laughs while supporting a good cause.
