During Councillor Judi Partridge’s Annual New Year’s Levee at Waterdown Memorial Park, hundreds of local residents enjoyed ice skating on the Rotary Skating Loop and then warmed up with free hot chocolate, hot apple cider and 300 hot dogs cooked up by the Optimist Club of Carlisle.
