CARSTAR Mississauga is holding its Soaps It Up car wash this Saturday, June 15, to raise awareness and donations for the fight against cystic fibrosis.

Residents who stop by can make an optional donation to the cause while also getting their car washed and enjoying a delicious BBQ with the Hamilton Forge mascot and performance team! The fundraiser will take place from 10am-2pm at Georgetown Chevrolet, located at 33 Mountainview Rd N. The Soaps It Up event is part of CARSTAR’s annual Shine Month, which consists of cystic fibrosis fundraising events across North America throughout the month of June. To date, CARSTAR has raised over $3.7 million for cystic fibrosis-related charities and initiatives, and one of the easiest ways to join CARSTAR’s fight against the disease is to visit your local Soaps It Up fundraiser.
