Join us for these popular, special extended classes that are perfect for all levels of practice.

New Moon classes are perfect for intention setting. At the begiining of each New Moon class, our yogis are given a parchment to craft their intentions and goals for the next cycle. These are private and yours to keep. Our yoga instructors will guide you through a 45 minute class of gentle, slow flow Hatha yoga followed by a 20 minute meditation & intention setting to the sounds of gentle lapping water and drum beats. Each class will be unique with different instruments, bowls or chimes to be used depending on the month, theme and instructor teaching. . After the classes are finished you are invited to sit and socialize while taking in the fabulous scenery.
