In his work Cave addresses themes at the heart of what it means to be human including love, death, murder, God, the divine. His work took on even greater depth in the wake of the tragic accidental death of one of his teenage sons in 2015. This program will combine performances of Cave’s works by local musicians with excerpts from his writings. The show will be licensed with beer and wine available to attendees of legal drinking age.
