Live From Rattray Marsh – Anwar Knight

Anwar Knight’s genuine and engaging personality is a favourite with television viewers nationwide.  A passionate eco ambassador, he hopes his efforts will help propel crucial action to help the earth.  In addition to hosting his Big Blue Marble Podcases, the award-winning broadcaster just launched a groundbreaking digital show – on his FB page.  “Here n’ There” streams LIVE at noon each Friday, it’s a unique field trip allowing viewers to interact with Anwar as he explores the many wonderful green spaces in the region.  Insatiably curious, Anwar is an incredible storyteller.

Friday, March 5th’s episode saw Anwar, a Mississauga resident, in the Rattray Marsh discussing the work of the Credit Valley Conservation who are working on Emerald As Borer Restoration Project and removing dead standing ash trees.
