Mayor Crombie’s New Year’s Levee was held on Sunday, January 12th with the official ceremony beginning in Council Chambers as Mayor Crombie gave everyone a great synopsis of all the wonderful things Mississauga has to offer.
“As we head into 2020, all eyes are on Mississauga. We are not the sleepy bedroom community of old, but a dynamic, diverse and thriving city with so much to offer the world.”
Following the speech, guests were invited for a meet and greet and pictures with Mayor Crombie as well as Members of Council and local dignitaries. There was an information fair in the Great Hall as well as a DJ skate with the Mayor. It was a perfect day to bring the family out to learn more about Mississauga and have fun skating together.
