The North Coal Market was five fun-filled days and evenings of action in the Village Square beginning with the Tree Lighting Ceremony on Dec 4th and an appearance by City Councillor Lisa Kearns.

Santa Arrived for photos and the talented Jenn Lyons sang and played guitar in the Gazebo.
Author Tage Lee flew in from B.C. To sign copies of her Amazon best-seller, Momma Needs a Drink. Burlington’s own Mainway Whalers Band rocked the crowd, playing traditional Christmas carols with a brand new beat.
The outdoor heaters and Rayhoon’s fire pit were popular gathering places to eat, drink and get toasted. Many warmed up with hot soup from Two Free Birds Catering, and of course, this outdoor European Style Christmas Market had an array of local vendors for shopping too.
