The Port Credit Buskerfest celebrated its 14th year of fabulous from August 16th-17th. The festival was a sight to see, from an extravagant fire show, knife jugglers, acrobats, and stilt walkers. It was a class act of world-class performers featuring high energy circus shows and eccentric characters rooming the village. This year there were acts from as far away as Venezuela, Portugal, USA, Australia, Mexico and all over Canada. The Artrageous Interactive Art Area on Brant Street was a great initiative by the Port Credit Arts Collective and the BuskerKidz Zone on Port St Market kept the kids entertained. The Free Busker shuttle was a great touch. A big thank you to all the volunteers, performers and sponsors who made this event very successful.
