The Short and Sweet Market on September 21st was a great handmade shopping experience in the heart of Waterdown. More than two dozen local artisans and vendors peddled their products outdoors on Franklin Street.
The BIA sponsored event was held to promote Waterdown’s local artisans and small businesses, and to grow the arts community. Shoppers enjoyed the hot sunny day, live music and local, catered food from Harrington Farm, Tea at the White House, Real Burger Waterdown and Jess Sweets.
Among the handcrafted offerings were jewelry, soaps, foods, ceramics, furniture, woodworking and so much more.
